A: Teamprise will provide installation instructions and technical content as needed. Answers to technical questions will be available on the support forums, from the user community and our engineers. Our product and support teams actively monitor the forums, however official support for labs projects is not available.
Q: If I find a bug or want to make a feature request, what should I do?
A: We want to know. Please post bug reports or feature requests in the appropriate online forum. If you are reporting a bug, please include a detailed account of the steps necessary to reproduce the problem you encountered. Our engineers participate in the forums and frequently weigh in with answers to your questions.
